Were currently working on an Allegra/Allegra-D dosepack. It will have a combination of Allegra-D for the a.m. dose and Allegra for the p.m. dose in a convenient blister pack. This will be exclusively available from WebRx Pharmacy Palace.
Im on insulin, tight control, MDI. Ive been having terrible allergies for several months to the point that Ive been to the doctor twice. Ive gotten prescriptions filled for Allegra-D and at the next visit with a different Dr, I was given a prescription for Claritin-D. I have resisted taking either one for fear of what they will do to my blood sugar levels.

I have been taking Allegra-D on a regular basis ever since it was released. I have not had any problems with my BG levels while taking it. I am also on tight control and MDI.
I have a question-kind of a weird question about this medicine. I have been taking it for3 months, twice a day. I notice that when it starts to kick in and also when it begins to wear off, I have "hot flashes". I just figured I was old. My daughter, who also has allergies, ran out of her clariten, and took my pills for a few days. She startled me by telling me she felt that the allergra d was trying to get rid of all of the excess fluid in her body. She told me she was getting all sweaty and didnt want to take them anymore. Has anyone else had this experience? I looked on the internet and didnt find any mention of this as a side effect. Allegra-D is a nonsedating antihistamine plus a decongestant, pseudoephedrine. The symptoms you mention are probably from the pseudoephedrine. Its a bad idea to substitute one prescription drug for another for your child without checking with your doctor. See:
